CLUTCH Glue Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in The Powder Room, CLUTCH Glue’s Affiliate Program! We’re excited for you to become one of our newest CLUTCH Besties! Sharing your tips and tricks with your followers to be the #1 CLUTCH gal!

Before joining, please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

By applying for and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

TL;DR 


  • Commission of 6-15% per sale based on the amount of product sold that’s attributed to you.

  • Post within 4 weeks of receiving the product and post at least once every 3 months, or you will no longer receive the product and merch. 

  • Always tag @clutch_glue and keep your content authentic and aligned with our inclusive brand values. 

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have an active and authentic social media, blog, website, or platform

  • Be located in a region where affiliate marketing is permitted

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Affiliates that do not align with the CLUTCH Glue brand, values, or audience may not be approved.


2. Commission Structure

You will earn a commission on qualifying sales referred through your unique affiliate link.

Commission Tiers:

  • Level 1 (0–200 Sales): 6% of the net sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns)

  • Level 2 (201–2,000 Sales): 10% of the net sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns)

  • Level 3 (2,001–10,000 Sales): 15% of the net sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns)

  • Level 4 (10,000+ Sales): 20% of the net sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns)

  • Cookie Duration: 14 days

  • Payout Threshold: $10 AUD minimum

  • Payment Method: Through the affiliate platform, which has a 10 Day holding period before releasing funds. 

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates or payout structures with reasonable notice.


3. Creator Requirements

To remain active in the program and eligible for product seeding or top-ups:

  • Creators must post within 4 weeks of receiving the product. If not, your membership will be frozen (no product mail-outs or top-ups).

  • Creators must post at least once every 3 months to stay in the program. A posting gap beyond this will result in your membership being frozen.


4. Promo Codes

If you are provided with a unique affiliate discount code:

  • Codes may only be shared on your approved platforms

  • Misuse (e.g., submitting to coupon sites) will result in removal from the program

  • You may not use your own discount code to earn commission on personal orders – this will result in immediate removal from the program.

5. Payout Schedule

Commission payments are made bi-monthly, typically within 14 business days after the end of the period, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met.

Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent orders will not be eligible for commission and may result in adjustments to your earnings.


6. Brand Guidelines

You agree to:

  • Represent CLUTCH Glue authentically and professionally - CLUTCH is for everyone so your content should reflect this

  • Avoid misleading or false claims about our products

  • Only use brand assets (logos, imagery, etc.) provided or approved by us

  • Tag @clutch_glue in posts, stories, or TikToks when sharing our content or your affiliate link

You must not:

  • Run paid ads using CLUTCH Glue’s name or likeness

  • Create fake discount codes or impersonate the brand

  • Promote on platforms containing adult content, hate speech, violence, or illegal activity

We may request the removal of content that misrepresents the brand or breaches these guidelines.


7. Termination

CLUTCH Glue reserves the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms and Conditions

  • Your content or conduct negatively impacts the brand

  • You are inactive for more than 60 days (no posts, clicks, conversions, or engagement)

  • You create content that singles an individual out, causes harm to an individual or collective, or hate to an individual or collective (CLUTCH is for everyone, and this will be deemed unaligned with the brand)

You may also leave the program at any time by contacting us at [collabs@clutchglue.coml].


8. Intellectual Property

All CLUTCH Glue content, images, branding, and creative assets remain the property of CLUTCH Glue and are provided for promotional use only. Do not alter or repurpose brand assets without express written consent.



9. Disclosure

As per Australian Consumer Law and ACCC guidelines, you must disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting CLUTCH Glue. A clear disclaimer such as:

“I may earn a small commission if you purchase via this link – at no extra cost to you!”
 must be included in posts or captions.


10. Limitation of Liability

CLUTCH Glue is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or revenue arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.


11. Modifications

CLUTCH Glue reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


12. The Powder Room Program

As part of The Powder Room program, creators may receive both free product and affiliate commission. Your eligibility and rewards are based on the Tier Structure:

  • The Oversharer (Level 1) 

  • Back-Up Babe (Level 2) 

  • Generous Queen (Level 3) 

  • Ride or Die (Level 4) 

13. Content Ownership & Paid Ads Usage

By participating in the CLUTCH Glue Affiliate Program, you grant CLUTCH Glue full rights to use your content (including imagery, video, captions, and affiliate codes/links) across our marketing channels — including paid advertising, email, website, organic, and paid social.

  • Your creator code and affiliate link will be used in paid ads, and you’ll continue to receive commission for conversions generated through your code.

  • CLUTCH Glue reserves the right to edit, crop, or repurpose your content as needed.

  • You retain creator credit, but CLUTCH owns the right to use the content in perpetuity.

If you have content that you’d prefer not to be used in paid media, please let us know before posting.
